Policies and Amenities

Policy:
A deposit equal to the room rate for one night is required by Visa or MasterCard for all advanced reservations.

• Unlike city hotels which operate year 'round, accommodations at resort area hotels are usually booked well in advance in accordance with guests' vacation schedules. and cannot readily be resold if cancelled on short notice. Therefore, deposits will be refunded in full only if notice of cancellation or change is made at least 15 days in advance of the confirmed arrival date. If you should arrive after the scheduled arrival date or depart before the scheduled departure date, the deposit will not be deducted from your bill. The deposit policy for groups may vary.

• Arrival and Departure:
  Check in time is after 3:00 pm, Check out time is before 11:00 am.  Those guests wishing to arrive early or stay later to enjoy the facilities are welcome to use the pool house for showering and changing.

• Accommodations:
  All rooms and cottages have air conditioning, cable television, telephone, refrigerator, in-room safe, hairdryer and private bath.Complimentary WI-FI access throughout the property.

• Dining:
  Meals are served in the oceanside dining room. Lunch is a la carte, and is served inside or outside on the deck. The dinner menu features fine New England cuisine, specializing in fresh Cape Cod seafood. The poolside snack bar serves light lunches, snacks and beverages during July and August.

• Dress:
  While informality is the order of the day, proper dress is requested after 6 p.m.

• Children's Program:
  During the summer months, a daily children's drop in center is available between 10am - 2pm, for children 3 years (trained) and older. Family recreational activities are available between 2pm-4pm daily, with select evening entertainment from 7pm-8pm. The InnKids weekly scheduled activities will be posted

• Recreation:
  Lighthouse Inn is a full-service resort hotel offering a private beach, outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis court, shuffleboard, miniature golf, volleyball, game room and lounge. Beach chairs are provided. Five public 18-hole golf courses are located within five miles of the Inn.
