Cape Cod Weddings ~ West Dennis, MA

You will find no location closer to the ocean or any site that is truly as "olde Cape Cod" for your reception. During the months of May, June, September and October, Lighthouse Inn can accommodate up to 220 for an ocean view sit down affair or up to 250 for an elegant hors d'oeuvres reception. All receptions are held between the hours of 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m. or 6:00-11:00 p.m. During them months of July and August Lighthouse Inn can accommodate up to 75 people with reception hours held between 12:00 noon to 4:30 p.m. or 6:00 - 11:00 p.m. Our wedding packages include your meal and complete use of the dining facility. There are no room rental charges or hidden fees.

Wedding Packages
Your wish is our command! Our food and beverage manager will go to great lengths to accommodate your desires for this most special occasion. The Lighthouse Inn has a wide variety of packages for both plated meals or food station receptions. Our wedding packages include complete use of the dining facility, a fresh vegetable crudités and cheese spread for your cocktail hour. Plated gourmet meals include a four course complete dinner. Elegant food stations tended by our Chef include a carving, pasta, vegetable, and hot & cold appetizer station.

Cocktail Hours
The Lighthouse Inn offers a wide assortment of hors d'oeuvres from which you may choose. The pricing will vary depending upon the selections that are made. These may be served stationary or passed.

The bar may be handled a number of ways. It is always based on consumption.

OPEN: You are responsible for any and all drinks.
LIMITED: The open bar is limited by time or selections.
TIME: Open for the cocktail hour then switching to a cash bar.
SELECTIONS: Open for beer and wine, with a cash bar for liquor.
CASH BAR: Your guests pay cash for all of their drinks.
COMBINATION: Any combination of the various options above.

Intimate Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions
For more intimate Cape Cod weddings, Lighthouse Inn can accommodate groups from 25 to 65 for an ocean view sit down wedding reception. Our spectacular private sunset dining room overlooking Nantucket Sound and West Dennis Beach is available for your dining pleasure. We also offer the Lower Deck dining room for private dinners featuring a nautical motif cocktail lounge. Entertainment may be included in the Lower Deck.

Rehearsal Dinners
The Lighthouse Inn is the perfect location for an oceanfront dinner. Enjoy a magnificent Cape Cod sunset with your family and friends. Private rooms available.

Ceremonies on the Ocean
There have been many ceremonies right here on the shores of Nantucket Sound. It is truly romantic to say your vows with the waves breaking a few feet away.

Honeymoon Suite
The perfect place to relax in an ocean view room with a roaring fire in the fireplace. Imagine sleeping in a lighthouse with the gentle roll of the waves breaking on the shoreline and walking out onto your deck for a romantic starlit night enjoying the blazing colors of an amber sunset across the water or a nice quiet walk along the beach, just the two of you.

Accommodations
For Cape Cod weddings, the Lighthouse Inn offers special rates for wedding guests May 18 - June 28 and September 4 - October 7, 2007. These rates apply to rooms located in the Lookout, the Breezeway, the Lodge, the Gate House and the Carriage House. Reservations will be made on a space available basis. A deposit of $150 per room is required by Visa or Mastercard at the time of booking. All deposits are refundable, less a $50 per room cancellation fee, until 60 days prior to the reservation date. If a reservation is changed or cancelled less than 60 days prior to the reservation date, the deposit will be retained by Lighthouse Inn.

Double Occupancy:
$160 per room, per night *

Includes a full breakfast each morning for each person.
Based on double occupancy.
If more than two adults are in a room, a charge of $35 per extra person will be added for each night.
Based on a two night minimum stay, a three night minimum stay for holiday weekends.
All rates subject to state and local taxes.

Single Occupancy:
$90 per room, per night *

Gate House or Lodge:
The Gate House and Lodge each have six complete guest rooms and a living room. These entire buildings can be reserved for the bridal party, families of the bride and groom or special guests. If the entire building is reserved and all six rooms are not rented, the reserving party will be responsible for the rental cost of the unoccupied rooms. The reserving party will be responsible if any damage, repair or excessive cleaning required due to pre- and/or post-reception gatherings.
