WEEKEND RATES & DINNER PACKAGES
Weekend rates $5.00 per person, per day additional to above rates. Dinner packages available $30.00 per person, per day adults and $10.00 per child per day.
Our Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals which are 500 yards from the Main property are the Little House and Corner Cottage both include full kitchens and all linens are provided. No meals are included in the rates.
Little House- Saturday to Saturday Rentals $1200.00 (May, June, September & October) $1600.00 July(July 4-31, 2009) $1700.00 August (August 1-28, 2009)
This is a two bedroom, two bathroom cottage with a full kitchen and living room with fireplace and dining room combo. Town of Dennis 6 person occupancy limit.
Corner Cottage-Saturday to Saturday Rentals $1300.00 (May, June, September & October) $1700.00 July (July 4-31, 2009) $1800.00 August (August 1-28, 2009). This is a three bedroom, two bathroom cottage with a full kitchen, livingroom with fireplace and dining room combo. Town of Dennis 8 person occupancy limit.
