Receptions
 During the months of May, June, September and October, Lighthouse Inn can accommodate up to 220 for an ocean view sit down affair or up to 250 for an elegant hors d'oeuvres reception. All receptions are held between the hours of 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m. or 6:00pm to 11:00 p.m.
Intimate Receptions
During the months of July and August Lighthouse Inn can accommodate groups from 25 to 75 for an ocean view sit down wedding reception. Our spectacular private sunset dining room overlooking Nantucket Sound and West Dennis Beach is available for your dining pleasure. We also offer the Lower Deck dining room for private dinners featuring a nautical motif cocktail lounge. Entertainment may be included in the Lower Deck.
Reception hours held between 12:00 noon to 4:30 p.m. or 6:00pm to 11:00 p.m.
Wedding Packages
Your wish is our command! Bill Sherman will go to great lengths to accommodate your desires for this most special occasion. The Lighthouse Inn has a wide variety of packages for both plated meals, food station receptions and including a Cape Cod Classic Clambake. Wedding packages include complete use of the dining facility, a fresh vegetable crudités and cheese spread for your cocktail hour .Plated gourmet meals include a four course complete dinner. Elegant food stations tended by our Chef include a carving, pasta, vegetable, and hot & cold appetizer station.
Oceanfront Ceremonies
It is truly romantic to say your vows with the waves breaking a few feet away. There is a $600 ceremony fee which includes coordination with indoor ceremony options available..

 For Cape Cod weddings, the Lighthouse Inn offers special rates for wedding guests May 23- June 26 and September 2 - October 12, 2008. These rates apply to rooms located in the Lookout, the Breezeway, the Lodge, the Gate House and the Carriage House. Reservations will be made on a space available basis. A deposit of $160 per room is required by Visa or Mastercard at the time of booking. All deposits are refundable, less a $50 per room cancellation fee, until 60 days prior to the reservation date. If a reservation is changed or cancelled less than 60 days prior to the reservation date, the deposit will be retained by Lighthouse Inn.
Double Occupancy: $160 per room, per night
- Includes a full breakfast each morning for each person.
- Based on double occupancy.
- If more than two adults are in a room, a charge of $35 per extra person will be added for each night.
- Based on a two night minimum stay
All rates subject to state and local taxes.
Single Occupancy: $90 per room, per night

Gate House or Lodge:
The Gate House and Lodge each have six complete guest rooms and a living room. These entire buildings can be reserved for the bridal party, families of the bride and groom or special guests. If the entire building is reserved and all six rooms are not rented, the reserving party will be responsible for the rental cost of the unoccupied rooms. The reserving party will be responsible if any damage, repair or excessive cleaning required due to pre- and/or post-reception gatherings.
